Extend Surfaces
The Extend Surfaces command allows you to extend a surface using a variety of methods.
Note: This command may be applied to mesh entities.
Access
- In the Designer tab, click the icon in the Surfaces section of the ribbon.
- In the Surfaces tab, click the icon in the Surfaces section of the ribbon.
- Type extend in the Quick Search field and select Extend from the result list.
In all cases, this opens the Extend Options tab which is displayed along with the ribbon containing the Environments, Filters, Selection and Attributes sections and displays the Extend surface dialog box.
Procedure
The method and procedure is different depending on the selected environment filters (faces or edges).
